In a highly competitive world, most startups believe that their success is hinged on the execution of a ground-breaking idea, and their failure is often attributed to bad execution to the said idea. But in this talk, Bikash Barai explains why execution is only secondary, primary being the idea itself. Through his own experience as a founder, Barai urges people to look for problems instead of ideas as an idea that solves a great problem is what makes the idea truly ingenious.An expert in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Hacking, Social Engineering and Attack Simulation; under his leadership, iViZ became one of the top 6 cloud-based security companies as recognised by the US Navy, US Department of Homeland Security and London Business School. He has done a double B.Tech in 'Computer Science' and 'Architecture', and a Masters in 'Computer Science and Information Technology' from IIT Kharagpur.
