Why do Startups fail? | Bikash Barai | TEDxIITKharagpur

This video is a part of the talks given at TEDxIITKharagpur 2015, produced independently of the TED conferences. In a highly competitive world, most startups believe that their success is hinged on the execution of a ground-breaking idea, and their failure is often attributed to bad execution to the said idea. But in this talk, Bikash Barai explains why execution is only secondary, primary being the idea itself. Through his own experience as a founder, Barai urges people to look for problems instead of ideas as an idea that solves a great problem is what makes the idea truly ingenious. An expert in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Hacking, Social Engineering and Attack Simulation; under his leadership, iViZ became one of the top 6 cloud-based security companies as recognised by the US Navy, US Department of Homeland Security and London Business School. He has done a double B.Tech in 'Computer Science' and 'Architecture', and a Masters in 'Computer Science and Information Technology' from IIT Kharagpur. He is passionate in his efforts to promote entrepreneurship and is a leading member at TiE and is an iSpirit Fellow. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Course Overview

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
